Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing can take longer during launches, holidays, or unusually high order volume. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent after dispatch.

The shipping methods, prices, and estimate shown at checkout control if they differ because of the destination or order contents. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Where We Ship
We ship within the United States, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally. P.O. Box orders may have limited carrier or express options.
Tracking and Delivery Problems
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If an order is late, verify the delivery address and tracking status, then contact the carrier. If you still need assistance, email info@essyhub.com. For packages marked delivered but not received, check with household members, neighbors, and building management and contact us within 7 days of the carrier's delivery scan.
Address Changes and Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We can change it only before shipment. If a shipment is refused or returned because of a customer-provided address problem, original and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Packages
Email info@essyhub.com promptly with the order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
